公司簡介本公司在1978年開業於新界葵涌工業中心，專業塑膠工模、設計及製造。直到1990年全廠搬進深圳市寶安區沙井鎮至今。本廠製造塑膠工模有25年經驗，期間製造塑膠工模超過5000套，電木模、合金硬模超過1000套，出口新加坡、澳洲工模超過800套。1994年增設塑膠機兩台自行試模。於2002年成立塑膠部並增設日本塑膠增十多台，為客戶加工塑膠配件，且於2004年成立產品開發部及裝配部，製造小家電產品；如榨汁機、碎肉機、爆谷機、朱古力機、果汁機等電器產品，並符合歐洲及美國等國家標準。本廠亦於2004年成功通過ISO9001:2000質量體系標準認証，同期間亦通過歐洲TUV等認証。 INTRODUCTION Joint Shine was founded in 1978 on Kwai Chung Industrial Centre, Hong Kong, specializing in Plastic Molding design and manufacturing. In 1990, we shifted to Sha Jing (Bao An, China), where we have manufacturing and operation till now. Up to present, we have accumulated over 25 years of experience in molding manufacturing. During these years, we have produced over 5,000 sets of plastic mold, and over 1,000 sets of phenolic mold and die cast mold. Our customer base spreads over mainland of China as well as overseas – we had delivered over 800 sets of mold to our customers in Australia and Singapore. In 1994, we set up our mold testing team and installed two plastic injection machines for the mold trial. Our Plastic Injection Department was established in 2002, and purchased move than 10 sets of Plastic Injection Machine from Japan to serve our customers. Through continuous development, we set up our Product Design Team and Production Department in 2004, we produce our own products in small home appliance field.
